The LZR-WIDESCAN uses lasertechnology (light duration measurement). The sensor creates a volumetric area in front of the overhead door by generating seven slanted lasercurtains. The LZR-WIDESCAN has three functions – opening the door, monitoring the area and protecting it- and is more than just a sensor. It raises the comfort and safetylevel of the users and creates a better protection of the overhead door.
