Strong, Versatile & Cost Effective

Manufactured from corrosion resistant Magnelis© steel as standard, OUTA-DOR is well protected from the elements. We manufacture using 1.2mm Magnelis© steel sheets as standard, but this can be upgraded to 1.5mm or 2.0mm sheets to increase the toughness of the door skin.

The versatility of OUTA-DOR steel doorsets makes them suitable for use in a wide range of external applications – from schools & offices, to multi-storey car parks and supermarkets. The range of available sizes, panels, hardware, colours and pattern designs means OUTA-DOR is perfect for domestic, commercial and industrial settings.

All our doorsets are supplied fully assembled with hardware fitted, which, when combined with our adjustable fixing feet and variable sub-frame, drastically reduces the installation time on site – adding value to a project. The single fix design of our doors can offer great saving costs when priced against overall installation times for timber doors, and the inherent durability of steel means that in areas of high traffic or potential abuse, the ‘whole life’ cost of a steel doorset significantly outweighs that of a timber dooset.

Frames

As all of our doors are made-to-measure, we have a variety of frame types available to suit your requirements. These include our standard OUTA-DOR frame – Type C – as well as optional frames Types A, B and D.

• Type A frame allows the aperture to be finished with an architrave on the inside and outside of the opening.
• Type B provides and architrave to either the internal or external face of the opening.
• Type C frame is a standard 95mm deep single rebate frame for installation into brickwork or steel apertures.
• Type D is a double rebate frame allowing the door to be installed into wider brickwork/blockwork structures, or to allow the frame to span a cavity.

All frames are supplied with adjustable fixing feet allowing the frame to be accurately installed – even in openings which are out of square. As standard, type C and D frames are supplied with a variable sub-frame to accommodate for a site tolerance of /- 30mm. This ensures a quick, hassle-free installation.
